What is SERENECHO?
Serenecho is a sensory-led ritual practice that combines somatic movement, ambient sound and therapeutic music with meditation, to create a unique wellness experience.
We invite deep calm through sound and stillness, gentle flowing meditative movements to reawaken the body and help you release tension, restore calm and move with ease.
SEREN meaning star, guidance, hope; depicted in the logo, a three-point star inspired by the Celtic trinity knot, a nod to Cornwall, and the origins of the ritual practice.
ECHO as in sound, reverberation, reflection and spiritual resonance.
SERENECHO ANYWHERE | The ritual practice can take place in a studio space or outdoors immersed in nature. Wherever we are, the sessions are designed for everybody, of all fitness levels, to join, to create space for your own healing and wellness journey.
The practice begins with 'SEREN' - before the movement begins, we quiet the noise. Transition from the busy outside world to focussing on our breath, our bodies, our minds and our presence in the space.
Once grounded, we move into the 'FLOW' section, an intuitive unwinding of the body that incorporates therapeutic music and somatic movement, reawakening dormant energy and dissolving tension.
Next, we 'ALIGN', where the energy you just created gets channelled into balance. We transition into fluid lengthening, through deep breath work and conscious holds, we create space in the body and balance in the mind.
Our closing ritual, 'ECHO' is a guided immersion into the natural world. This is your time to be still and let the benefits of the practice resonate deeply within you. Like a whisper from the wild, we leave you feeling grounded and whole.
